Readerware 3.45 released - April 18 2015
Readerware 3.45 has been released for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. Readerware Mobile 3.45 is available for mobile devices.
This release includes major upgrades to the new Readerware Loan Client, thank you for all your feedback.
There is a new duplicate function that will display possible duplicate entries in your database.
We have updated the Windows installer, we recommend you use the new Windows web installer. The web installer is a small utility that will check your system and download the appropriate version. The installers will now stop and restart the Readerware server if it is running and let you customize the Windows desktop shortcuts.
We have improved date handling in Readerware, you can now enter dates in any format, i.e. Apr 18, 2015 or 04/18/15.

Readerware 3.43 released - January 06 2015
Readerware 3.43 is a maintenance release, it fixes a loan related exception where the borrower for an active loan had been deleted. When adding new columns to the table view, the full show popup menu will now be visible on all systems.
We have updated the Readerware Loan Client, there are some additional preferences.

Readerware 3.42 released - December 28 2014
There was a font rendering problem in the table view that has been fixed. This problem has actually been there for a long time but it became very noticeable in the new Mac OS X builds. However it affected all platforms. Mac users should notice a major improvement in the table view. Windows and Linux users will also see an improvement but it is not as noticeable on these platforms.
We recommend that all users install this upgrade.

Readerware 3.41 released - December 23 2014
Readerware 3.41 has been released for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
New versions of Readerware Mobile applications have also been released. Unfortunately there will be a delay in the availability of Readerware Mobile 3.41 for the iPhone and iPad. The App Store is closed to updates over the holidays, we don't expect it will be approved until the new year. iPhone and iPad users can still upgrade their computer to Readerware 3.41, you will still be able to sync your databases.
Readerware 3.41 adds a new loan client to Readerware Client/Server Edition that offers new functionality and faster checkouts.
We have added new standalone Mac builds that do not require you to install Apple Java. We continue to support older versions of Mac OS X with the Mac OS X legacy downloads.
We have also added a new Linux ARM build for the Raspberry Pi.
This release includes general maintenance for both the desktop and mobile products.

Readerware for Mac OS X Yosemite - October 17 2014
We have completed our testing with the release version of Mac OS X 10.10, Yosemite, and all Readerware programs run fine.
Unfortunately with the release of Yosemite, Apple has made it harder to install Java. Readerware does require Java. We have a knowledge base article that will step you through the process with screen shots.
