This site is owned and operated by Readerware Corporation, a software developer based in Northern California USA. Our only business is software development and support of our customers.

Our full privacy policy follows but first we wanted to lay things out in plain English.

 

Terms of Service


We do not track visitors to our web site, no user identifiable information is collected. We do not use third party website analysis tools. We do not allow advertising on our site. There is no tracking of any kind.

We do invite you to sign up for our newsletter, you can do that on our home page. All we ask for is your e-mail address and that is only used to send out our newsletter, we do not record any other information when you sign up for our newsletter. We use an opt in system, you submit your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation link. You must click on this link to activate your subscription. If you do not click on the confirmation link, your newsletter subscription is ignored. We do not sell, loan or exchange our newsletter subscription list with anyone. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. You may also reply to the newsletter with “REMOVE” in the subject line. You may also unsubscribe at anytime from this website.

If you place an order for our products, your order will be processed by our eCommerce partner, FastSpring. FastSpring have a separate privacy policy and terms of service which you can examine as you checkout. When you complete your order FastSpring will forward it to us with your name, e-mail address, phone number and shipping address. FastSpring do not provide us with payment information, we do not have access to any credit card numbers. All we receive is your basic contact information. We do save this information so that we can process your order and respond to any questions you may have about your order. This information is stored offline, it is not accessible online through the Readerware website. We do not sell, loan or exchange any customer information to anyone. Your information is safe and secure.

Readerware Corporation (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.readerware.com website and the Readerware Mobile mobile application (the “Service”).

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
