Why won’t Readerware accept my registration code?

If you are having problems registering your copy of a Readerware product, first check that you are entering the information into the correct program. The codes are product specific. Check the splash screen at startup to make sure you are starting the correct product. Also note the wording on the registration dialog, it asks you for a specific registration code Readerware, ReaderwareAW or ReaderwareVW. If you are not trying to register that program, close it and start the correct program.

If you purchased a bundle, each program must be registered separately. Use the same name for each and the appropriate code.

Both the name and code must be entered exactly as given and are case sensitive. If the information is not accepted, try copy/paste. Select the text in your e-mail program and copy it to the clipboard. Typically there will be an Edit->Copy menu item. Then right click in the appropriate field of the Readerware registration dialog and select Paste from the popup menu.
