What happens after I place an order?

Once you complete your order a page is displayed in your browser with full information on the process. The same information will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied when ordering. It is very important that you provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order.

All orders are processed for Readerware by FastSpring. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from FastSpring as soon as they have processed your order.

If you order by credit card the charge will appear on your credit card statement as:

“FS* fsprg.com”

Once  FastSpring have processed the order it will be sent to Readerware for fulfillment. You will receive a registration e-mail from Readerware Corporation within 12 hours, normally a lot sooner. The e-mail will contain full instructions on how to register the product. You don't have to download or install any additional software, you can enter your registration code into the evaluation version you are already running.

If you ordered a CD or CueCat barcode reader your order will be shipped by the next business day at the latest. All orders are shipped first class mail or international airmail from Clearlake Oaks, CA. Even if you order on CD, you will still receive a registration e-mail so that you can register your product immediately.
