I haven’t received my registration e-mail, what should I do?

Check any spam filters that you have installed, it is possible that your registration e-mail was snagged by an errant spam filter.

If you are using a spam challenge system, check to see if your registration e-mail is waiting for confirmation. I do try and respond to spam challenges but it can delay the registration e-mail.

Make sure you supplied a valid e-mail address when submitting your order.

If you have not received your Readerware registration e-mail within 24 hours, please contact support@readerware.com for assistance.
