Yes. If you can view your eBooks on your computer, you can view them from within Readerware

Readerware includes a Media URL field at both the book and chapter levels. You can use these fields to link to your eBook and you can then view them from within Readerware.

There are several ways to add the link. Start by displaying the book in Readerware 4 (Books). You can display the book in the detail view but it can be easier to use the table view. If the Media URL column is not visible in the table view, you can add it. Right click on a column header and select Show->Media URL from the popup menu. The new column is added to the table following the column you clicked on.

To select a file, click on the ... button in the Media URL cell and the standard file selection dialog will be displayed. You can also use drag & drop, click in a cell to make it active, now drag & drop a file from your hard drive and drop it in the Media URL cell.

Once you have linked Readerware to the file, click on the Play button to view your eBook.

Readerware will open the file with the default player assigned for that file type. If you have a preferred player, you can set that in preferences. Select the Preferences menu item, then General. In the Media Player Preferences section, clear the check box and click on Browse to select your media player application.
