This dialog is used to launch an external command from within Readerware. For example
it is used to install the Readerware Server as a Windows service.
When the dialog opens the command is started. Once it completes the results of the command are displayed.
While the command is running you have the option of stopping it if it is taking too long. Once complete
this option is no longer available.
The output of the command is displayed along with the return code. The return code indicates whether or not
the command was successful.
