Readerware 2.984 for Windows (95/98/NT/ME)

Readerware for Windows, (95/98/NT/ME). Downloads include all versions of Readerware, ReaderwareAW and ReaderwareVW. Please review the Readerware Release Notes before installing.

Windows Downloads

Some AOL/Compuserve users are reporting problems with corrupted downloads. There appears to be a problem with the AOL network and/or software. AOL/Compuserve workaround

• Windows (Alternate Build) Full Install (16MB) - To install double click on the downloaded file, rwarew32_131.exe, and follow the simple on screen instructions. Primary Download Site - Secondary Download Site

Minimum System Requirements

• Windows XP/2000:
  • PC with 300 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor clock speed
  • 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher
  • At least 30 MB of free disk space
• Windows NT Workstation:
  • Pentium or faster processor
  • 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher
  • At least 30 MB of free disk space
• Windows ME:
  • Pentium 150-MHz processor or better
  • 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher
  • At least 30 MB of free disk space
• Windows 95/98:
  • Pentium processor or better
  • 32 megabytes (MB) of RAM (64 MB or higher recommended)
  • At least 30 MB of free disk space

For best results a screen resolution of at least 800 by 600 and more than 256 colors is recommended. As usual more memory equals better performance.
