If you have any technical questions about Bookography™ products, please do not hesitate to contact us. As Bookography™ is based on Readerware the product information on this site applies both to Readerware and Bookography™.

At this time Readerware can only offer support via e-mail, there is no telephone support available. You will typically receive a response to your e-mail within a few hours or first thing next morning if your e-mail is received overnight, US PT.

The product help should answer most of your questions. This is available from within the product using the Help menu. It is also available online. In addition to the product help you can access the Readerware Tutorial which takes you on a guided tour of the most commonly used features, Frequently asked questions, here you will find the answers to common questions on installing and running the program, and the Readerware Message Forums where you may find your question has already been answered. Also from the Help menu, you can check for updates to the program. While not essential it is recommended that you install the latest version before reporting problems.
