You can use the Readerware
replace wizard
to change the entire database, the current search results, selected items or scan/enter a list of items.
Select the
Edit->Replace
menu item to launch the replace wizard.
For example suppose you want to mark all videos in your ReaderwareVW database as Viewed:
Select
Edit->Replace
Select
All videos in the database
, click
Next
Select
Viewed
from the Column drop down list
Check the
Viewed
Check box, click
Next
Complete the replace wizard and it will flag all records in the database as Viewed.
