You can use the Readerware replace wizard to change the entire database, the current search results, selected items or scan/enter a list of items.

Select the Edit->Replace menu item to launch the replace wizard.

For example suppose you want to mark all videos in your ReaderwareVW database as Viewed:
  • Select Edit->Replace
  • Select All videos in the database, click Next
  • Select Viewed from the Column drop down list
  • Check the Viewed Check box, click Next
Complete the replace wizard and it will flag all records in the database as Viewed.
