Readerware extracts the Dewey Decimal Number when cataloging from The Library of Congress, The British Library, Library and Archives Canada and The National Library of Australia. Other sites do not provide this information.

When using auto-catalog, include one of these sites in your site selection list and check the merge option. Readerware will then get the Dewey Decimal Number. The site you choose will depend on the origin of the books.

For books already in the database, you can use auto-update. Again select one of these sites and the Dewey column.

Readerware can also print Dewey Decimal Number spine labels for your library.
